Areas of Focus
Most people who reach out are dealing with more than one thing at once. The categories below aren't separate boxes; they're where the work tends to concentrate.
Three areas make up the core of my practice: couples work, perinatal mental health, and women navigating identity and life transitions. Grief, anxiety and depression, and trauma tend to show up inside that work rather than as separate tracks; I treat them directly when they're the main thing, and address them as they surface within the rest.
For partners who keep hitting the same wall and are ready to understand what's actually driving it.
Support across the full perinatal journey — from fertility challenges through early parenthood.
For women navigating the gap between how their lives look and how they actually feel.
Woven into the work that I do:
Evidence-based treatment for experiences that haven't resolved through talking alone.
For loss of all kinds — including the losses that don't get witnessed or recognized by the people around you.
For people who are managing well enough on the outside and exhausted by what it costs them.
