When you submit an inquiry through the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not used for marketing purposes and is not sold or shared with third parties.
Automatically collected information:
This website is built on Wix, which automatically collects certain technical data when you visit, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data is collected by Wix and used for basic analytics purposes. We do not have access to individually identifying technical data and do not use it to track specific visitors. How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to become a client, to facilitate scheduling and intake through our practice management system. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or automated follow-up communications.
Email Communications
This practice uses Google Workspace for email communications. Google Workspace is covered under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) consistent with HIPAA requirements. General inquiries received via email are handled with reasonable care and confidentiality, though email is not a fully secure medium. Clients are advised not to send sensitive clinical information via email.
Client Records and Protected Health Information
Once you become a client, your clinical information is stored and managed through SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant practice management platform. SimplePractice maintains its own BAA and security practices. Your rights regarding PHI are outlined in the Notice of Privacy Practices you will receive at intake.
